Cell phone calls from Navient and associated companies are the topic of a class action alleging violation of the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).

This class action alleges that DJM Advisory Group, Banner Life Insurance, and Banner’s subsidiary William Penn Life Insurance Company of New York, sent unsolicited advertising faxes to recipients who had not agreed to receive them.

This class action alleges that Solar America, Sunrun, and Clean Energy Experts violated the TCPA by placing unsolicited telemarketing cell phone calls, some of them to persons who were on the national Do Not Call registry. 

This lawsuit alleges that FIA Card Services, N.A. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending unsolicited text messages to consumers without their express consent.


This lawsuit alleges that Firstsource Advantage LLC violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by initiating non-emergency calls using an automatic telephone dialing system  to place calls to the cells phones of persons who had not consented to receive the calls.

This lawsuit alleges that Adir International, LLC, operator of Curacao department stores in California and Arizona, illegally attempted to collect debts from customers by contacting them on their cell phones in an abusive and deceptive manner, in violation of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the California Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

This class action alleges that Verde Energy invaded consumers’ privacy and violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unsolicited calls to their cell phones via the use of automated equipment.
