You do not need to file a claim to get a payment. Presumably company records are being used to identify class members. Unless you exclude yourself, you will be sent a check for your share of the net settlement amount.
You may be eligible if you are a person or entity who (a) bought a Missouri timeshare interest from Resort Sales or Spinnaker on or after June 1, 2014, (b) were charged closing costs for the sale, and (c) did not rescind or cancel the purchase. You do not need to file a claim.
Typical Settlement Amount:
Class members will receive a share of the net settlement proceeds, according to a formula that takes into consideration the closing costs charged to each individual class member, the total amount of closing costs charged to all, and the amount of the net settlement fund.
