Contact the claims administrator if you believe you are part of the class. Apparently, the parties have a record of all fax numbers along with the names and addresses of the persons or entities that received an unsolicited fax. Direct notice will be sent to those persons.
It is alleged that PharMerica Corporation violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unsolicited fax advertisements. PharMerica sent faxes promoting their 'symposia/exhibition series' between October 29, 2009 and November 5, 2013. If you were sent one or more symposia faxes you may receive payment of at least $156.50 per fax. This amount may be greater, but it will not exceed $300 per fax. You do not need to have retained any copies of the symposia faxes. Records produced in the lawsuit have identified all fax telephone numbers and the number of transmissions sent.
