Plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that Bloomin' Brands, Inc., the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, required employees to perform work off-the-clock in violation of the FLSA.  Workers were required to work before and after their shifts, complete mandatory online training without pay, attend promotional events and meetings without pay, and had not been paid overtime for working more than 40 hours in a given week.  (Class members who previosly filed a consent to join this class action law suit do not need to file a claim form.  Call the claim administrator at the number below for questions)
