Farmers Insurance of Columbus, Inc. and Mid-Century Insurance Company are settling a class action about the payment of uninsured/under-insured motorist on more than one car in a household. The complaint alleged that these payments were prohibited by Ohio law and that Farmers and Mid-Century should not have accepted them.


This settlement resolves a Canadian class action against St. Jude Medical, Inc. and St. Jude Medical Canada, Inc. concerning certain models of defibrillators. The complaint alleged that the batteries for the defibrillators formed lithium clusters that caused premature depletion of the batteries, and that St. Jude did not warn patients of this problem in a timely manner.

The complaint for this class action alleges that ComplyRight should have known the risks involved in collecting and storing personal information and should have identified the vulnerabilities in its system that permitted

This settlement resolves a class action against YouFit Health Clubs, LLC for allegedly violation the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The complaint claimed that YouFit sent text messages to consumers without getting their prior express written consent.
