Consumers are increasingly health-conscious, and they are willing to pay more for foods they believe are healthier, such as breads and crackers made from whole-grain flours. The complaint for this class action alleges that Walmart is taking advantage of this in selling crackers it calls “graham crackers” even though the main ingredient is not graham flour but whole-wheat flour. The complaint also questions the cinnamon-flavored product’s claims of being “Made with real cinnamon.”

Unfortunately, the complaint for this class action alleges that the “graham cracker” designation is misleading because graham flour is not the main kind of flour used.
