GM Corvette LS7 7.0LV8 Engine Excessive Valve Wear Class Action

This class action alleges that GM Corvettes equipped with the LS7 7.0LV8 engine of model years 2006 to 2013 show excessive valve wear which has led to engine failures and a need for repairs. The lawsuit alleges that GM is guilty of fraud and negligence and violated both consumer protection laws and the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.


Oil for Oil Change

This class action alleges that the N63 engine, which BMW placed in many of its vehicles between 2008 and 2013, is defective, and that it causes problems involving burning oil, engine quality, and batteries. 

Toyota excessive oil consumption class action

This class action alleges that Toyota’s 2AZ-FE engine is defectively designed and/or manufactured and these defects lead to excessive oil consumption.
