GMC Sierra Truck Towing Trailer

GMC Sierra and Silverado trucks were advertised with a greater-than-usual towing capacity, this class action alleges, but were not actually able to tow the advertised weight.

In wake of its diesel emissions scandal, Volkswagen is offering certain benefits to owners or lessees of certain affected vehicles. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SETTLEMENT, and VW asserts that participation in this program will not waive your rights to bring suit or participate in a settlement.

This is a settlement of a class action alleging that certain models of 2004-2008 Ford and Lincoln vehicles that have a 5.4 liter 3-value engine contain two-piece spark plugs that sometimes become stuck and/or break when they are removed from the engine, leading to additional costs for replacement.

Chrysler (FCA) has just settled a lawsuit alleging that its Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles for model years 2011-2013 have internal fuel pump relays that may fail and cause the vehicle to stall, potentially leading to a crash. The complaint claims that signs of the problem include:

GM Corvette LS7 7.0LV8 Engine Excessive Valve Wear Class Action

This class action alleges that GM Corvettes equipped with the LS7 7.0LV8 engine of model years 2006 to 2013 show excessive valve wear which has led to engine failures and a need for repairs. The lawsuit alleges that GM is guilty of fraud and negligence and violated both consumer protection laws and the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

This class action alleges that the Mann + Nummel violated state laws by claiming that its Purolator filters are compatible with certain VW engines when in fact due to a design change those filters were not compatible.

This class action lawsuit alleges that as a result of Volkswagen's well-publicized fraud related to its Clean Diesel engine-powered vehicles, the plaintiff and other similarly situated consumers who financed those vehicles through VW Credit should no longer be required to make lease or purchase contract payments on them.

Honda sued re window regulators

This lawsuit alleges that Honda sold vehicles with defective window mechanisms that caused the windows to drop into the door frame and break or become stuck in an open position.

Ford F-150 2015

This investigation is looking into allegations that the sunroofs, moonroofs, and rear windows of Ford model F-150 trucks leak, potentially causing damage to truck interiors.
