The plaintiffs in this lawsuit allege that CAT's exhaust emission control (CRS) failed to work reliably, causing its EPA Compliant Caterpillar On Highway C13 and C15 engines to lose horsepower and shut down.  The CAT-authorized dealer technicians were not able to effectively repair many of the subject engines, requiring frequent repairs.

The plaintiffs in this case allege that Mercedes Benz USA committed fraud and fraudulent concealment, broke warranties, and violated multiple California regulations by distributing certain Sprinter Vans equipped with rear air conditioning units that allegedly leak water into the interior of the vans.
