The complaint for this class action alleges that Lawgix Lawyers, LLC, Lawgix, Inc., and attorney Michael D. Johnson provided false contact information in legal documentation. US Bank, NA is also named as a defendant, because the contact number provided went to US Bank and because the filings concerned a debt with US Bank that had already been satisfied. The complaint brings its allegations under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

The complaint for this class action claims that Wells Fargo violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by collecting or trying to collect residential loans it had previously extinguished and which the borrowers had no legal obligation to pay.

The complaint for this class action alleges that Diversified Consultants, Inc., a nationwide debt consumer collector, violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) in its attempts to collect a debt from plaintiff Marcus Butler that had been discharged in bankruptcy. According to the complaint the company violated the FDCPA in two ways, by making a false representation in its collection letter that the debt was still owed, and by continuing to communicate with Butler even after his bankruptcy and court notices that his debts had been discharged.

This class action alleges that Real Time Resolutions attempted to illegally collect a debt in violation of federal and state debt collection laws by not naming the true original creditor and by adding unlawful fees.
