All Natural Claims

This lawsuit alleges that Kiss My Face toothpaste violates state consumer protection laws by claiming it is 100% All Natural when in fact it contains glycerin.

Earth Friendly has labeled and advertised its products as “natural”. However, this class action alleges that the products are not natural, and that one of the ingredients, methylisothiazolinone (“MIT”), is an allergen and skin irritant.

Kashi denies any false advertising. Kashi has agreed to a monetary settlement, as well as removing the "All Natural" label from their products containing GMOs.
