The name of the brand is Thayers Natural Remedies. However, the complaint for this class action alleges that most of its “natural” products actually contain “synthetic and abrasive chemical ingredients.” The defendant is the Henry Thayer Company.

Carton of 365 Everyday Value Vanilla Soymilk

Whole Foods Market Group, Inc. owns the 365 Everyday Value Brand. Earlier this month, a class action was filed challenging the “vanilla” designation of some of its almondmilk products. This class action makes similar allegations about the “vanilla” designation of some of its soymilk products.

Pair of Protalus Insoles

Protalus makes shoe inserts or insoles. The complaint for this class action alleges that Protalus, LLC, Protalus USA, LLC, and Protalus Holdings, LLC makes false claims about these orthotics, claiming they can relieve a number of conditions and problems. 

2018 Ford F-350

The complaint for this class action bring suit against Ford Motor Company, alleging that 2017 and 2018 Ford F-350 vehicles equipped with aluminum alloy wheels have a problem. It has to do with corrosion from the contact of parts which results in low tire pressure, a condition which can become dangerous. 

Printer cartridges are expensive, which is why some companies have made a business of offering cheaper, third-party cartridges for well-known printers. But the complaint for this class action claims that Epson America, Inc. is stopping people from using these cartridges, using software that disables the printers if non-Epson cartridges are installed.

Can of Raze Energy Drink

At issue in this class action are Raze energy drinks, made by Repp Sports, LLC. The complaint alleges that the company advertises the drinks as containing certain substances that promote focus and recovery, but that these substances are undetectable in lab tests of the drinks.

A number of class actions have been filed recently taking issue with the designation of certain ice creams as “vanilla.” The complaint for this class action claims that Annie’s Homegrown, Inc. sells mini ice cream sandwiches that should not be designated as containing “vanilla” ice cream.

Hand Peeling Paint off Deck

This class action brings suit against Rust-Oleum Corporation for certain of its Restore products. The complaint alleges that the company made false advertising claims or concealed and omitted material facts, in respect to its Rust-Oleum Deck Start Wood Primer, Restore 2X One Coat Solid Stain, and Restore 4X Deck Coat.

Universal Studios Globe and Waterway

NBCUniversal Media, LLC has three parks, Universal Studios, Universal’s Island of Adventure, and Universal’s Volcano Bay. This class action alleges that Universal made a false offer of unlimited drinks from certain machines at the parks with the purchase of its Coca-Cola Freestyle Souvenir Cup. 

Box of Zantac

This complaint concerns a drug brand-named Zantac, and names as defendants maker Sanofi US, LLC, distributor Chattem, Inc., and sellers CVS Health Co. (formerly CVS Caremark) and Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. The complaint alleges that the drug contains “dangerously high levels or N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA).
