Lately, a number of class actions have targeted ice cream brands alleging deceptive use of the designation “vanilla.” This is another such case, brought against Cumberland Farms, Inc. and its Farmhouse Creamery brand Deluxe Ice Cream products.

This class action brings suit against Scientiae, LLC and Montefiore Medicine Academic Health System, Inc., which does business as Albert Einstein College of Medicine, over unwanted advertising faxes sent to consumers.

Eight weeks later, its operations were “indefinitely suspended.” Two players in the league, who had three-year contracts, bring this class action against AAF Players, LLC (the AAF), Legendary Field Exhibitions, LLC, AAF Properties, LLC, Ebersol Sports Media Group, Inc. and individuals Thomas Dundon and Charles “Charlie” Ebersol.

This complaint brings suit against The General Automobile Insurance Services, Inc. and Spanish Quotes, Inc. for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The complaint claims that The General hired Spanish Quotes to make unlawful telemarketing calls to consumers.

This class action has been brought against USHealth Group, Inc. and its subsidiary USHealth Advisors, LLC for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The complaint alleges that USHealth Advisors sent telemarketing text messages to consumer cell phones without first getting the consumers’ permission.

However, the complaint for this Iowa class action alleges that it has not been possible to make a real 303 THF for over forty years. The complaint alleges that today’s 303 THF is made from inferior ingredients, does not provide the anti-wear and properties and protection that it should, and may damage equipment.
