Branam Holdings and Branam Oral Health Technologies have been sued in a class action alleging that the companies sent unsolicited advertising faxes, and also that the companies did not include opt-out information for any further faxes.

Iovate Health Sciences has settled a class action alleging that the company misrepresented the levels of protein in certain of its products. The complaint alleged that the products, sold under the brand names Six Star, MuscleTech, EPIQ, and fuel:one, contained less protein than promised on the products’ labels, packaging, and advertising.
