This class action alleges that JPMorgan Chase violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by accessing consumer credit reports to conduct Account Review Inquiries of customers after their account relationships had ended. 

This lawsuit alleges that Singer Financial Corp. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by faxing unsolicited advertisements without the recipient’s prior express invitation or consent.

Mercury is responsible for fees owed to it and the third parties are properly allocated.

A class action lawsuit that was filed in a California court alleges products put out by Woodbolt, a distributor of dietary supplements, may be unsafe and/or ineffective. In 2013, Plaintiff Omari Bobo purchased Woodbolt’s C4 Pre-Workout Explosive Energy in San Diego. Bobo relied on the products label, which convinced him to make the purchase.

A class action lawsuit filed in New York accuses grocery chain Trader Joe’s of cheating consumers by underfilling their store-brand tuna cans, often by significant amounts. Independent tests conducted by the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration determined the underfilling. One test assessed the five-ounce Trader Joe’s Albacore Tuna in Water Salt Added canned variety.

This class action alleges that Priceline violated the California Revenue and Tax Code as well as consumer protection laws by failing to refund taxes and fees charged to customers for prepaid transactions that never took place, even though Priceline also failed to pay those sums as taxes.

Allstate Sued For Its Method Of calculating ACV

This class action alleges that Allstate violated the California Insurance Code in figuring ACV (actual cash value) for insured property, and therefore also violated the state’s Code of Civil Procedure and its Business and Professions Code. 

Twitter has settled a class action alleging that it violated users’ privacy rights by disclosing users’ full names without warning, by sharing public tweets and profile information with third parties, and by failing to adequately warn users that their tweets would be public by default.

In this class action lawsuit it is alleged that owners of the iPhone 4S were harmed when their devices updated to defendant to a new version of defendant Apple's operating system (iOS 9), as the software caused significant slowing of the iPhones and interference with normal daily use. The plaintiff alleges that Apple made explicit representations that the update was compatible with the iPhone 4S and failed to warn owners that accepting the update could substantially hinder the performance of their devices.
